Serious about results? So are we. In just 50 minutes, we deliver a complete, no-nonsense training experience designed to push you, challenge you, and make you better. No wasted time, no filler—we’re either lifting, stretching, or dialing in your recovery. You’ll leave every session stronger, sharper, and feeling like you’ve actually accomplished something. If you're in Beaverton or SW Portland and ready to train with intent, we're ready for you.
Semi-Private Training
$55-80/Session
Share your training experience (and cost) with a friend or family member. Still receive the individualized programing and coaching you would with private training, but with the extra motivation and support of a friend.
Express Sessions (25-Minutes)
$55-65 per session
No time? No excuses. We use smart programming, smart pairing, and the right techniques to keep you progressing—fast. These workouts are quick, intense, and built for people who want results without wasting a second. Show up warmed up, and we’ll get straight to work.
Online Training
$110-150/Month
Looking for elite level professional coaching, but maybe don’t live in the area or would prefer to workout at your own gym, not a problem! Our online training is an affordable way to get to your goals. With structured resistance training, conditioning, healthy habits, customized nutritional guidelines and weekly check-ins, your sure to reach your goals fast!
